2.3 Personalized items are final sale and cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.

3. ORDERS & PAYMENT

3.1 Orders are processed through Shopify checkout using secure payment methods.

3.2 Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled. Please check all details carefully before confirming.

3.3 Product prices may change at any time, but your order will always be charged at the price listed when you purchased it.

4. SHIPPING

4.1 Books: Standard shipping is 3–4 weeks. Expedited shipping is 1–2 weeks. Some items are non-trackable.

4.2 Merchandise: Production + shipping typically takes 7–14 business days.

4.3 Tracking information will be emailed when available.

5. RETURNS, REFUNDS & REPLACEMENTS

5.1 Books: Certain titles are eligible for replacement if damaged or misprinted. No refunds are offered.

5.2 Merchandise: Custom items cannot be returned for change of mind. Damaged, defective, or incorrect items may be replaced within 25 days of delivery.

5.3 To request a replacement, provide your order number and a clear photo of the issue.
