  • Books are shipped directly from IngramSpark’s U.S. print facility.
  • Because every book is printed to order, we’re unable to cancel or edit orders once submitted.

🚫 STANDARD SHIPPING DISCLAIMER

If Standard Shipping is selected, please note that:

  • It is non-trackable and non-insurable.
  • If your package is lost or delayed, we cannot offer a replacement or refund.
  • For guaranteed delivery and tracking, we recommend choosing Expedited Shipping.

✦ Order Issues & Replacements

If your book arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, simply contact our team at [support@thenarrowlaneus.com] within 14 days of delivery. Once verified, IngramSpark will print and ship a new copy at no cost to you.

Digital Products

Each eBook is delivered instantly after checkout — no waiting, no shipping, just words of encouragement ready to meet you where you are.
Once your order is complete, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your download link. We encourage you to download and save your copy soon after purchase.
Because digital files are available immediately, all eBook orders are final and non-refundable.

Merchandise

Every merch item — from apparel and drinkware to home decor and accessories — is specially made just for you once your order is placed. Crafted through our trusted partners, each piece is designed with care to bring a touch of faith and inspiration into your everyday moments.

  • If your item arrives damaged or misprinted, please contact us within 25 days with photos and order details. We’ll coordinate a replacement at no cost through our production partner.
  • Returns or refunds for change of mind or incorrect size selection are not supported, as each product is custom-made.
