Q: When will my physical book arrive?
A: All our books are printed on demand — just for you! Economy shipping usually takes 3-5 weeks while Standard shipping usually takes 2-3 weeks and Express Shipping takes 1–2 weeks. Q: Can I track my book order?
A: Economy and Standard shipping is non-trackable and non-insurable. We recommend Express Shipping for faster delivery and tracking.

Q: Can I return or get a refund for my books?
A: Physical books are non-returnable and non-refundable, but some books are eligible for replacements if they arrive damaged or defective. Report any issues within 14 days with your order number and a clear photo. For full details, please visit our Return & Refund Policy.

Q: Which issues qualify for a replacement?
A:

  • Misprinted, missing or duplicated pages
  • Significant damage during shipping
  • Wrong title or version received

❌Not eligible: Minor printing variations, cosmetic marks, general wear, or change of mind.

Q: How about eBooks?
A: Digital copies are delivered instantly and are non-refundable. If there’s a download issue or wrong file, contact us within 7 days, and we’ll help resolve it.


Merchandise

Q: When will my merch arrive?
A: Every item is made-to-order after you place your order. Standard production + shipping usually takes 7–14 business days, depending on the item.

Q: Can I track my merch?
A: Absolutely! You’ll get a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link once your item ships. For more info, see our Shipping & Fulfillment Policy.

Q: Can I return merch if I change my mind?
A: Sorry, no returns or exchanges for changed minds or incorrect sizing chosen at checkout— each item is custom-made just for you. Double-check your selections before checkout.

Q: What if my merch arrives damaged or defective?
A: Don’t worry! Contact us within 25 days with a clear photo of the issue. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund. For more details, see our Return & Refund Policy.

Q: What if my package is lost?
A: First, check your shipping address and local post office. If it’s still missing, contact us — we’ll work with our fulfillment partners to find it.

Q: Are colors, prints, or placements always perfect?
A: Each item is crafted with care, but slight variations in print placement or color may occur. For DTG items, there’s a 0.5” tolerance for print placement — this is normal and not considered defective.

Q: Can I edit or cancel my order after placing it?
A: We cannot edit or cancel orders once submitted. Please double-check your details before checkout.

Q: How do I pay?
A: We accept standard online payments through Shopify checkout. Your payment is processed securely and sent to your selected payment method.

Q: Can I order internationally?
A: Currently, we only ship within the United States.

Q: How do I know my order went through?
A: You’ll receive a confirmation email after checkout. For merch, a second email is sent once your item ships with tracking info (if applicable).

Q: How do I care for my merch?
