Each book is printed and shipped with precision, but if something arrives in less-than-perfect condition, we’ll gladly help.
⚠️Please take note: Not all books are eligible for replacement, so here’s what you need to know:

- Misprinted pages, missing or duplicated pages
- Significant physical damage during shipping
- Wrong title or version received
❌Not eligible for replacement:
- Minor printing variations or cosmetic marks
- General wear and tear after delivery
- Change of mind
⚠️ Please Note About Shipping:
- Economy and Standard shipping: books is non-trackable and non-insurable. If a package is lost in transit, we are unable to offer a replacement.
- We recommend choosing Express Shipping for faster delivery and added peace of mind.
- Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order to avoid any issues.
EBOOKS
Digital purchases are delivered instantly and are non-refundable once downloaded. However, if you received the wrong file or experienced a download issue, please contact us within 7 days, and we’ll happily resend or correct it.
MERCHANDISE
(Apparel, Drinkware, Home Decor, Accessories, Stationery & More)
Every piece of merchandise is custom-made to order, specially produced after your purchase. Because of this, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges for:
- Wrong size or color ordered
- Change of mind
However — if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ll make it right.
Please contact us within 25 days of delivery at thenarrowlanemarketplace@gmail.com, and include:
- Your order number
- A short description of the issue
- Clear photos of the product showing the defect or damage
Once verified, we’ll gladly offer one of the following at no cost to you:
- A replacement item, or
- A full refund
There’s no need to return the defective product.
✅Eligible Examples Include:
- Printing or embroidery errors
- Damaged or poor-quality prints
- Incorrect product, color, or design received
- Delivery-related damage (crushed packaging, stains, or defects)
⚠️Please Note:
- Slight variations in print placement (up to 0.5") and color tones are part of the print-on-demand process and are not considered defects.
- If your package is returned due to an incorrect address, a reprint can be arranged with an additional shipping fee.
LOST OR MISSING PACKAGES

If your package hasn’t arrived, please:
- Double-check the shipping address entered at checkout.
- Contact your local post office — occasionally, packages are held for pickup.
- If your order is still missing after these steps, reach out to us and we’ll investigate right away.
If the issue wasn’t caused by an incorrect address or customer error, we’ll arrange a free replacement.
